Floor Plan - 124 Step Building : Where the students that also live at the Brewer-Porch would stay after their classes.  It is equipped with four double bedrooms and four single bedrooms.  There is a TV room, two play rooms, a covered porch, kitchen, laundry, and more.  These areas are for the children to be able to feel like they are in a home like environment but still be safe. 

In the bedroom and common spaces the finishes and materials all had to be curtin tones and textures so they would not create negative reactions out of the children because of their disability.  The furniture had to be over a curtin weight and there could not be decoration incase the children had a bad day or a negative reaction and wanted to pick anything up and throw it around.  While the rooms are not decorated like a normal childrens room but they will be safe and the surrounding will stimulate them in a positive way.
