Earthmover tells a story with each element of their sound: drowning tempo swivels, dramatic and clever riffs, brilliant percussion play, intoxicating bass lines, and entangling atmospheres that echo tales of flight, celestial instances, and a collective passion for instrumentalism and post rock.
Hailing from Quezon City and sprawling from a decade of actively playing in bands such as Kneel on Nails, Sound, Lampara, and Sikatuna, the members cracked the surface with the debut release, First Sighting in March, 2012.
The trio’s sound is a string of dreams that unravels the deepest pits of consciousness, tugging each listener in varying spectrums of perception. From the bottom of the ground to the highest of highs, Earthmover currently paves the path to the barren realm of rare musical proficiency.
