This is one panel from a four page brochure for the City of Hemet Redevelopment Agency as part of a complete promotional package for trade shows and distribution to businesses and corporations. This brochure contained infographics on demographics of the city as was aimed at trade shows such as ICSC - the International Shopping Center Trade Show where the goal is to demonstrate to chain and big box stores that they meet the requirements to support a new location. This was a single panel in a four panel brochure, that announced an agreement with Panera Bread alongside other solid corporations and that since Riverside County is fourth in the nation in growth, come locate your business here. A municipality is only as strong as the businesses that generate sales tax so these types of publications play an important role in getting their foot in the door with a recognized retailer.
