"He tries to conceal her within the cavity with wallpaper. Its floral motif seemingly a form of distraction, maybe even solace from the nightmare.
But every so often he ponders if she is still in there, and starts to peel and scrape at the paper. And upon being certain the cavity is still occupied, begins to cover it up again."
