Up until 3 years ago, the protagonist had a hand in the creation of -Stigma-. After waking from a coma caused by an car accident, the protagonist finds he doesn't remember anything about the place.
When a certain event leaves him unable to return home, he's forced to try and uncover the mysteries of Stigma and remember what role he played within it...
