Rubenstein Creative - Web & Identity Design
Microsite and branding for Rubenstein Creative, the design division
of Rubenstein Public Relations
Rubenstein Public Relations recently launched a creative division under my direction. I was tasked with developing the corporate identity, collateral, and microsite. First, I designed the logo by painting many colorful watercolor "splotches" in various color combinations. We decided as a brand we want our identity to be innovative and organic, as well as bright and fun. We needed to also tie in the look of the RPR logo in some way to make a cohesive family of logos, so we used the "r" in the same font family as the RPR logo. To make it different than that logo, we used the italic version to show that this brand ts forging forward and taking action, and we placed it over the watercolor splotch of our preference.

This microsite was designed and developed for the launch of our new division, as well. The goal was to create a smart, yet straight forward site that incorporated and highlighted our watercolor logo, social media, and capabilities. I designed the layout and we had a web developer build the back end in a custom CMS.
