First Prize & Grand Prize winner for the Rapala VMC South-East Asia (Leading Finnish fishing tackle company and the global market), Lure Design Competition.
Grand Prize consists of a 3 nights live-aboard fishing trip in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia. Fishing the mighty pelagics of the Timor Sea reefs.
The selected four winning lure design finishing were applied onto the current Rapala X-Rap models. It is name under the' Tropical Series'. All four tropical series finishing are manufactured and sold widely in Malaysia & Singapore. These lures topped Rapala’s sales pitch of 15,000 pieces in 2010 and 25,000 pieces in 2011.
