What: Educating people about mobile (UX, platforms, trends), creating a mobile road map for the company (for 2011-2014), designing and lead developer on initial mobile offerings for Regence.com and myRegence.com
How: For the bigger picture, I developed a presentation and document for all lines of business. This document educated people on trends (platform and types of usage), marketing direction, target personas, mobile interactions, UX, mobile developer limitations, and web vs. native. Mobile sites with apps were designed and developed. I lead teams on IA, development and user experience for the front end, which required collaborating with a variety of people (developers, writers, designers, testers and business owners). I also created a design and acceptanance spec targeted for each site.
Technology used: HTML5, jQuery CSS3, CMS, SharePoint, Rally, Clearquest
