Savvy was tasked to design a new packaging and a redesign of the label.

The packaging communicates the brand´s values, the attention to every detail, giving it a contemporary feel with a strong link to the manual and traditional work on the field.





A Churchill ́s é uma marca premium especializada em vinhos do Porto e vinhos do Douro. Num sector altamente competitivo por excelência, a Churchill ́s destaca-se das identidades clássicas dos vinhos concorrentes através de uma abordagem mais contemporânea e assume-se como uma marca “jovem”. Neste sentido, o desafio o foi projectar um rótulo e packaging que transmitissem as qualidades do “30 anos Tawny Port”. A nossa abordagem acaba por reflectir a pureza e qualidade do vinho no próprio design, com linhas simples em contrastes de dourado.

A sua composição gráfica tem uma forte ligação ao aspecto artesanal do universo do vinho, representando metaforicamente todo o processo tradicional do trabalho de campo. Com o objectivo de reforçar esta natureza humana e cultural, optámos pela concepção e produção de packaging handmade, de forma a tornar palpável toda esta dinâmica, junto do consumidor final.
