Hundreds of laundry detergent bottles were saved from the garbage cans of local laundromats and cut up to create this recycling bin.  A few pieces of hose left over from another project were also used.  This project was commisioned by the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust for the Arts Festival,  and then will be used for other PCT events.
