There's a lot of amazing characters in Portal 2, but -- yeah, I'm just gonna end that thought right there actually, it doesn't really need a qualifier. I dig the hell out of the super simple Sputnik-ish design of Wheatley and the other cores, it's really iconic in a game filled with iconic stuff.
