Natuur & Milieu is an independent environmental organisation committed to creating a healthy natural environment. Because of it’s nature, it is very important to the Natuur & Milieu foundation to keep the current supporters and create an environment that will attracts new contributors. We did this with a very extensive User Experience process. We had 6 different target audiences to communicate with next to a very large website with a lot of ‘forgotten’ content.
Working with N&M in short iterations turned out to be a perfect way to make their story more clear again ending up in relevant information per target audience.

The initial question was “can you build us a new corporate website?”. But the first question almost never reveals it’s underlying problem. During the exploration phase we quickly discovered more questions that needed answering. How to make the brand more visible in campaigns to improve trust and recognition? How can we make the process of launching campaign websites more easy? And how to use our brand identity online? It all started in march with a question from a potential client, it resulted in a partnership.

The original N&M identity was focussed mainly on offline expressions. We helped to improve this with a revamped online identity with a clear set of guidelines. This also involved giving the Nature & Milieu brand a better appearance in campaigns. Now you can clearly see when a campaign is powered by N&M.
