This graduation project deals with our relationship to the culinary world.
Emulsion is a magazine that approaches the culinary world and the many facets of its design.
The magazine also raises the various environmental issues related to the evolution of our food practices and this, over the seasons.
Through this work of Artistic Direction, I wanted to sensitize people to the culinary changes and to show the novelties, the innovating projects.
