About this project
In 2015 Zelfverkopen.nl was ready for a restyle of their identity, shifting their focus to a better experience of quality, professionalism and trust. Their subtitle "The cheapest real estate agency of the Netherlands" was substituted with a new and more direct expression: "U kent uw huis, wij de woningmarkt." (You are familiar with your home, we're familiar with the real estate market).


The original colour-palette was (besides a few adjustments) kept in tact, and a domain was assigned to each colour. Orange refers to the domain of the customer - the 'DIY' part within the sales-process. The grey refers to the domain of the real estate agent - the business and expertise side of real estate. 

Together with copywriters 'Mwah' we created some new taglines which would strengthen the 'client-real estate' split and contribute to explaining Zelfverkopen's step-by-step sales process.

A third colour - green- was introduced to create an additional domain in which Zelfverkopen could provide insight, tips and updates about developments within the field of real estate.
