The current educational scenario suffers pressure to align its teaching methodologies to better meet the nowadays technology trends. Many studies have shown that game-based learning emerges as an effective way to combine teaching and learning processes to the attractiveness of digital technologies, for being dynamic and playful. On the other hand, when the teacher proposes to insert a certain game in the classroom, he finds himself in the difficult task of selecting the one which will meet his educational demands, since the vast majority of games already have determined contents and are unalterable. Therefore, the Brazilian educational video game Em Busca do Santo Grau, 2D adventure game for PC allows customisation of its puzzles and other resources. 
The game was created by the Laboratory of Learning Objects, an interdisciplinary space from the Federal University of São Carlos which researches and develops open educational resources. I acted as the game designer and sound designer of this game. It can be freely accessed and customised at: http://remar.dc.ufscar.br/
