The Cowboy Bebop Collection is an imagined Boxset of the soundtrack for the 1998 anime Cowboy Bebop. It is a collectable item as it is a limited pressing and includes exclusive items.

The Cowboy Bebop soundtrack was composed by Yoko Kanno and performed by “Seatbelts” a diverse band Kanno formed to create the music for the series, with a principal focus in jazz. The soundtrack varies widely in genre, dipping its toes in bluegrassy banjo, jazz, heavy metal, Japanese pop and many other genres. Cowboy Bebop is famously known for putting "And the work which has become a genre unto itself shall be called: Cowboy Bebop” in its own intro, showing how free of genres the show was. I have incorporated this in my design of the covers, taking classic jazz/blues cover design thoughts, namely the use of silhouettes and shadows, and taken them to the extreme. The colors used either represent the characters personalities or is otherwise associated with the character.

The artwork in the collection is mainly taken from the show, and then cleaned up (or flat out redrawn) and vectorized. This process involved redrawing large parts of images, upscaling using super-resolution and tracing the results.

The set includes five gatefold LPs, one for each of the main characters from the show, totaling 10 LPs, with a combined runtime of six hours and twelve minutes. The box also includes a poster, and a leaflet booklet containing images and info.
