Above + Below
This series continues an exploration of cloud images combined with textures and surfaces taken from walls, floors and tabletops, mainly found in various art studios. This series also looks below the surface of the sea and finds a similar strangeness and fragility to that of the sky. The residue of human work in texture form overlays the subjects hinting at the implications of human interference and the impact of what we discard.
