Brand guideline and Procedures Standards Guideline for Globo.com

I created a brand guideline for an internal project at Globo.com, called "QUA.TI".

The main objective of  this project was to maintain a high quality on services. In Portuguese,  "QUA.TI" means:
QUA => qualidade (pt-BR), quality (en-US)
TI => tecnologia (pt-BR), technology (en-US)

The guideline purpose is to create a standard and communicate all information in a simply way,  because it evolves procedures, different teams, different location and they all need to work together to maintain that high quality on their daily routines.


The final project has: 
- a brand guideline
- a procedure guideline for employers, in paper
- a procedure guideline for employers, online
- motivational material: a t-shirt and a mood flip-flop 
- ads to show the numbers when a goal is achieved
