Photobook is made of 34 photographs of mine that in terms of production vary in paper, color, thickness, texture and shine. Interpretation is up to the user because every photo combination can be seen differently – portraits in the upper part of the book can be combined in 17 combinations with the lower part and opposite, which makes up almost 300 combinations.
Details of the process : The binding was inspired by the Japanese one, but here every photo is sewed separately. The thread is pulled through 3 holes and in 8 steps every photo gets its main binding. In the end there are 108 connecting points that make the complete binding with a cardboard firm enough to support all the photographs in the book.
