As a UX Designer in a small incubation team at Microsoft Research, Nathan was responsible for adapting Dotastic to the Windows Phone design language as well as implementing all of the native code in XAML and C#.

He was a member of an agile team, participated in daily scrum meetings, owned the experience, closed out bugs, and shipped to the Windows Phone Marketplace.
