Sitting idly or standing for long periods of time is taxing on the body. I designed a stool to provide relief for students that are often expected to perform these tasks for long periods.

A wooden perching stool for classrooms that offers relief from long lecture style classes, as well as a relief for standing critiques.

a.  Perch style so that user can stand with a rest to keep user alert and comfortable.

b.  Light weight so it can easily  be maneuvered throughout the room easily.

c.  Storage for the stool when not in use that is simple and takes up minimal space.
