BLITZ RE-DESIGN
2012
2012
BLITZ RE-DESIGN is a school final project. It consists in creating a new layout style for the portuguese music magazine BLITZ.
This re-design breathes manual work and deconstruction.
The principle of the work is to transport the reader to the musician's universe and give him the opportunity to interact with the editorial object.
Text is disposed in other ways rather than the classic vertical column, the images are croped and manipulated to work well with the calligraphy, manually created with a different role of materials, form markers to acrylics, and the high contrast and the black and white are the main tones.
I've reproduced a magazine's edition (March 2012) and 6 different covers.
