This Design Project was about studying a small business , uplifting it by co-creating with the business owner through design interventions that would be implemented.

Ethnographic Approach

Small businesses are mostly  traditional and unorganised thus, sometimes they lack understanding of opportunities happening in daily routine habits which could help earn profits.

​Hence, co- creator was identified on basis of location as well as his openness for developing his business. Visiting them unnotified at different times each day helped us come together and become comfortable to get the details of business such as family history, investment, sourcing, outsourcing, profits and future plans.

The co-creator Ravi Bhai and his family were homely and understanding helping in carrying out implementation of minor design interventions during the ethnographic process that gave us confidence to research deeper and find creative insights to uplift their business.
