Let me introduce you to one of my first published projects (March 2010).
It all started about a month before that. One night after a couple of hours of struggling to fall asleep, as mad as I was, got up, opened Photoshop and started some mock-ups. I typed one of my favorite quotes (by Joe Sparano) on a solid backround, then i duplicated my layers a couple of times and started playing with blending modes. In fact everything you'll see is just blending modes. Experimenting is the key, which i did. . .a lot.
