Kalo Rojc
He was Yugoslavian national hero. Afer the WW1 he was officer on submarine "Smeli" which is illustrated on top of sandclock. After he died during WW2, a building (ex.military building) was called by his name "Karlo Rojc". Now in Karlo Rojc (building) are many music and art organisations.
