Ford Chrome Encounters
The premise of this spot was the old Ford F-150 would turn into the new F-150 Chrome Edition. This spot played heavily off of the movie Close Encounters of the Third Kind. My role was to recreate certain objects from the footage into 3D objects that would turn into chrome. The most challenging part was creating the 3D objects and animating them so they moved seamlessly with the footage.

The most challenging part was the tracking and animation of the sunglasses.
This is the exception where the boy's bike was already chrome in the footage. I created a black matte bike and we did the inverse chrome transformation.
