A FRESH TWIST ON 'FREE'
IDT is a US telecom company that made its name selling calling cards that help immigrants call their home countries. In 2016, they launched an App that is a one stop solution to staying in touch with people internationally. To push downloads, they offered a free dollar worth of international calling. The work below are some ads that focused on the Nigerian diaspora in the US. Since FREE is such an overused word in the category, we decided to get creative and say it a little differently.
THEIR NEW APP
This ad, and the campaign, are about IDT's new networking App. The big sell is that the App lets you call international landlines for a very small fee, amongst other great features. The umbrella thought is that the App helps you connect with your loved ones back home so successfully, its like you never left.
