As a young animation studio, we thought about how we could present our showreel in a somehow special way. We had the idea of building a fictional short movie around the main showreel, starring ourselves and playing with genres we generally adore. Also, this year's showreel loosely connects to the ending of the one we made last year; a tradition we want to keep up in the years to come. We played the main characters ourselves, wrote the script, built the props, directed, and handled the whole post production process.

This year, the story is as following:

Two years after the destruction of the moon, the few survivors have withdrawn into the mountains. Three adventurers, in possession of a mystical artifact - some kind of compass - are on their way to an unknown destination, without knowing what awaits at the end of the journey.
