Enabling an understanding of place by establishing a rhetoric with the site through a series of punctuated moments. Each pavilion acts as a tool that amplifies selected phenomena that occur on the Platte River. Through the sequence of pavilions one will experience the river through three layers: sight, sounds, and touch. Consequently, alluding to a larger paradigm of being and time, individuals will learn about the immediate site to have a comprehensive understanding of place.
