Precious Platinum

Platinum is a class apart, it is more elegant and precious than gold. Capturing such elegance and class is an art by itself, an art that the brand initially believed to be lacking in India. It was the CEO of the agency, Metal Communications, who believed in us and asked the client to meet team Qench. To cut a long story short, here we are- enjoying 2 years of privilege and pride of working with this brand.

One of the proudest shoots by us and highly appreciated also. We did not just do a shoot, we created a legacy. The lighting hues and tones we used became the reference for future shoots of the brand. Not only this brand, this shoot became the industry standard for platinum shoots. This is one of the rare instances where we who love to talk about ourselves and our work are absolutely humbled and standing in stunned silence by the accolades and appreciation received.

We are particularly proud of the interplay and complementary effect we have created of with the lights for the rough texture, the embedded diamond and the smooth platinum. Of course this was captured in the shot and not in a image editing software.

The heart created with the rings appealed to the romantics within us making this one of our favourite shots of all time. This shot was completely possible due to the creative thinking of the team in keeping the rings separate and in the air without any support.

Lighting is our USP and this shot showcases it perfectly. The discerning eye will notice that there are both glossy and matt effects in the shot. They have been showcased using our unique lighting system.

For any artist, the more challenging the concept and the work, the higher the satisfaction. Bringing out the sheen and texture of platinum without making it look like silver was the challenge and we humbly submit to your opinion of whether we have achieved it and if we have set a new benchmark.
