Lossless Chair

The main focus of my plan is avoiding production waste. The seat part is cut out from two 900 × 700 × 5 mm plywood sheets, (ideally with laser in order to minimize waste), which then have leather joints at the foldings. The two plywood sheets and the leather is glued and pressed together. After folding you need to fix the sheets with the metal pipe, since the pipe is under pressure it can't slip out. The leg has a traditional tubular construction, if the disassembly is solved, the chair can be stored in a very space-saving way.

Thanks for watching!
