This Festival celebrates "La Ciudad Primada de América" with cultural activities that last a full weekend. In those three days the participants will be enjoying the tropical sounds, typical art, food and the “Sabor” of latin dances; such as Merengue, Bachata, Salsa and Son.
The feeling behind this festival is to grow on the hearts of all of the participant with their own beautiful heritage.
