Tropic of Cancer on Earth in 16 countries and regions, mostly desert and grassland areas, such as North Africa, the Sahara, the Arabian desert of the Arabian Peninsula, India and Pakistan 's Thar Desert, North America, Mexico desert, etc. , the so-called "return to the desert with " only through the region YunnanGuangxiGuangdong and Taiwan provinces of our country, but it is an entirely different story. This area lush forests, lush, abundant rainfall, abundant species, known as the "magic of the return belt ."

The annual average rainfall in Taiwan is around 2,500 mm, which is 3 times the world's average. However, the annual average accessible water per person in Taiwan is only 1/6 of the global average. Which makes Taiwan the 18th most water-shortage areas in the world. As the world's 2nd populated country, Taiwan also has the problem with the water usage. Due to its steep landforms, the rivers in Taiwan are short and rapid. Therefore, most of the rainwater rushes into the ocean directly. Plus the irregular training rain the year, only 26% of the annual rainfall are usable.

Highway systems are necessary for well-developed countries, yet also become the urban area separation lines that block people’s rights to walk and cut down ecological development. Junctions of highways are forgotten or unattractive spaces. These large amounts of highway infrastructures can be used as buffer zones, becoming traffic junctures that are conducive to the urban environment, as well as important zones for urban ecological development.

Inappropriate sewage treatment of industrial areas in the base will severely impact the water quality of neighboring wetlands. Therefore, we want to replace traditional sewage treatment factories with plants and new pumps, to achieve filtering effects with systematic architecture levels. Using solar energy for basic power generation and new pumps to draw sewage, these buildings have green belts consist of plants from top to bottom for water filtration, so as to effectively achieve functions of water purifying system.

Landmark high-rise buildings going through the network of highway junctions will be formed, while the streamline of these buildings will guide rainwater into the water storage area for routine filtration work. With bottom layer as a footpath to cross the highway, and the top layer providing an ecological area for birds to inhabit, these buildings will form a sky ecological network and practice the concept of symbiosis between human and nature.
