Cork headphones: lightweight (only 64 grams!), nonallergic, resilient, sound insulating,
moisture proof, soft touching.
They are folding and adjustable.
Easy to repair and dismiss thanks to an assembly based on the compressibility of cork.
No glue, no upholstery, no screws.
Just cork, simple electric parts, steel, foam.

Songs have been shortlisted for Corticeira Amorim and Domaine de Boisbuchet Cork Competition 2012, and then awarded a jury special mention.
Wood turner Jean Yves Lerate helped us turning a first model of our idea in his beautiful workshop in Auray, Bretagne, France.
Pauline made a fully working prototype during a five days workshop at Domaine de Boisbuchet.
Cork was supplied by Corticeira Amorim. The workshop was led by designer duo Pedrita.
Songs with a selection on the best projects from the competition.
Personal project, 2012.

Songs have been on show in 2013 at Triennale Milano, as part of Senza Pericolo / Without Danger exhibition.
