Portraits are rendered in soft pastel, or oil on canvas, some with backgrounds or without, and some as a part of a mixed medium collage. Black and white (graphite or charcoal) drawings are also offered.
In addition to traditional portraits, portrait collages can be created and assembled. Pastel or oil portraits of one or several children in a family are assembled in a collage composition. Renderings of relevant items (a favorite toy or a pet, perhaps) and/or text (like a Bible scripture, a meaningful saying, names, etc.) may be included. All is customized for the client.

I also offer customized botanical style painting limited edition prints of flowers, vegetables and fruits with words intertwined. Text may be chosen by the buyer---the name of the plant, a scripture, favorite saying, a person’s name---any verbiage. The original rendering of the flower or fruit and the chosen text are assembled by computer. Then, a gallery quality gicleé print is produced in the desired size.
