THE REAL ESTATE MARKET

The residential real estate market is constantly changing in the city center of Riga. In last 10 years, the residential market has gone through dynamic price changes which raised the average sales price and rent price per square meter. In the last couple of years, the market is offering more qualitative and larger apartments for sale and rent.

This is because more new developments and renovated buildings have been put on the market in recent years. However, there still is a lack of inventory in the market. Therefore, the developers are trying to find innovative ways how to attract more customers. The main focus is to create an international and diverse client base.
