
After the Zrínyi's charge i decided to put away the polygons and focus on my 2D side... well... that lasted till the 5th sketch, so here is my new 3D work and a little breakdown:
This was the very first sketch that pushed me towards to the point, when i felt i have to (or must :) ) make it in 3D:

I was in a hurry so i didn't pay too much attention for the entire composition this time, but the modeling was pretty straightforward. I created 188 individual neon signs ( it was a bit boring tho :D ) The image below is just a part of the textures for the neons:

For the vehicles i used my previous models from my fan film and from my "journey" entry, but they got a little facelift :) Here is my favorite, the "whale":

This is a screenshot from the scene, pretty dense:

For the poisonous atmosphere is used fog and a volumetric light:

Oh and the rain... i created a huuuuge particle emitter and used instances for the raindrops:

A few stats: creation time: around 150 hours, 13 000 000 polygons and countless coffees :D Right now I'm in a hurry but I'll extend this little breakdown a bit later.
