HOME/store is an innovative automated storage system designed for homes and interior spaces. This system is developed so that the user can place objects in allocated crates and store them automatically in a counter top. This process is carried out electronically by robots that move the crates and transports them in allocated 2 stations over the rooms of a home. This system was delineated specifically to target privacy issues that owners of properties face when their homes are rented out using rental portals, such as AIRBNB.
Questo progetto è stato realizzato per il corso di Interior Design III e rappresenta anche il progetto di tesi di laurea. HOME/store è un sistema domotico che si pone come obiettivo di fare muovere gli oggetti in maniera automatizzata mettendoli all’interno di cassette e stoccandoli in un contro soffitto. Delle macchinine elettriche muovono le cassette e le portano in delle postazioni all’interno di ogni stanza. Il sistema si propone di risolvere problemi di privacy mentre ci sono ospiti AIRBNB a casa e di risolvere alcuni problemi di stoccaggio, ordine e semplicità. Il sistema funziona tramite un’applicazione per computer e smartphone.
