A community-centric platform to educate Trojan users on products through interaction and peer-content.  
A solid foundation of the process was started through a highly collaborative effort from multiple teams involving qualitative and quantitative researches, systematic built of the consumer journey to highlight intelligence gaps and potential insights. Once the overall CX strategy was developed and mapped out, a highly collaborative and iterative process was achieved with both strategy, design and engineering teams to finalize a thorough customer engagement platform as well as highlight potential issues and challenges in the development phases.  (Proprietary Information and insights have been removed/blurred out)
The CX Strategy team worked closely with the UX/UI teams in order to develop multiple iterations of contextual proof-of-concepts for user-testing.
The proof-of-concepts were thoroughly tested internally on multiple platforms (desktop, mobile, OS...) with various specific content.
The proof-of-concepts included peer-to-peer content testing, social media content testing and multiple levels of content marketing.
Mock content was created to include educational videos to give user-testing a complete experience.
A full e-commerce prototyping was tested to insure implementation with existing e-retail platforms. 
Live prototypes.
The mobile prototype was designed to have a very intuitive and easy to navigate interface.
The App Interface is designed to be very simple and efficient in accessing information relevant to user.
