Using a steamed polylope bag with a cut out of a caffetiere inside, we contacted 90,000 coffeee drinkers who we knew were using roasted coffee, but not Lavazza, and convinced them that to really enjoy coffee they needed Italy’s favourite. We also ran a retention version using a traditional ‘Moka’ pot which received a 44% redemption rate.
