Styled with purpose.
Designed in Australia, sold the world over, Deck Dock is a discreet wall-mount system used to display skateboards. A functional product in need of functional design.
We developed branding, packaging, stationery and a website under a utilitarian visual style. Bold graphics, neon inks – not a trace of stereotypical skateboarding aesthetics.
Because the style of the box was already locked in, we had to make our design work with what was there. And work, it does. The packaging pops from shelves and, as it turns out, straight shooting sells.
