This was a speed art based on the new halo . The Character in this is the "Spartan-IV Project" , so this is why it is called Spartan-IV i also tried to give it a real life with a fantasy effect so i hope you enjoy! . I Made this speedart without a plan or anything , it was just made with my imagination and based on watching films , games etc.
