These materials were created to promote and support the 2012 running of this marathon in Sarasota. And because I'll do anything for free breakfast (and to support our clients), I ran the half marathon...and finished it too. I'm even giving you bonus pics of me before and after the race.
Table cards placed in select Florida restaurants.
Coupons given to runners during packet pick-up.
Winner's certificate for the top male and top female finishers.
Branded to go bags were provided at packet pickup so runners could fill it with all their SWAG.
Signs were placed along half marathon course to entertain and encourage runners, and promote the brand.
If I would have known the pain I was to fell just a few hours later, I might not have been smiling that big.
Smiling because all the course signage I wrote was *that* entertaining...actually it was because I had breakfast, a giant medal & a brand new PR.
