A book of mulitple voices
The challenge with this assignment was to create one book using two different essays. I chose to unify Beatrice Warde's The Crystal Goblet and Lissitzsky's Essays on Typography. In order to differentiate the two essays I chose to use a white and a serif type face for Lissitzsky. Warde's essay was represented with black and I used a sans serif type face in a more narrow column for her words. To make a clear separation the essays began on opposite sides, and needed to be flipped to read the other essay.
