Beard Valley - the village of the bearded brotherhood, is a board game design drawing on characteristics associated with the 'Lumbersexual' man trend, which has become a recent male aesthetic.
The game is designed to bring the rugged outdoors right to your living room. The main aim is to become the ultimate bearded brother by outwitting your fellow players. By manoevring around the Valley you gain access to various ingredients, which requires Timb (Beard Valley's currency), that will allow you to craft luxurious beard oils. Furthermore you need to grow a beard and obtain an axe which has no other puspose than to comfort your fantasy for the lumberjack lifestyle. Lasltly no brotherhood is created without a leader and in order to become this fearsome, bearded lad you need to successfully raise three flags which represents the cornerstones of Beard Valley's bearded brothers: strength (an axe), entrepreneurship (a wicker basket) and manliness (a beard comb).
