The future of South East Queensland will be one of greater connectivity.  We need to build dense villages near the existing infrastructure we already have, communities that not only provide homes, but they are a destination for business and tourism.

Our communities need to be well connected, provide flexible living and work spaces, flexible public space and attention to detail in design.

A flexible home is a home that can evolve over time, from a complete home for a large family, to a home with a cafe at the bottom and a small apartment out the back.  Streets designed for the pedestrian and an urban environment that is for people, not cars.
