The instrument of a sommelier is the wineknive. My marketresearch led me to ache for a seamless composition between the grace of fine dining and the mechanics of the instrument.
The alluminium body’s weight adds a feeling of secureness in handling. The smooth shape, wide body and long handle lead smooth movements. With the pivots hidden from the surface a clean ambient is created.
A particular look can be created by electro plating in white / black nickel , Tin, Messigng,, ...and finishing in a brushed texture. Protected in a matching inside out leather pouch for good measure
