Dali Artwork
Dali Speakers contacted Oh Yeah Studio to make an artwork for their Dali Katch campaign. Dali Katch is their first ever portable speaker. My artwork of Bob Dylan is a tribute to an inspiring and iconic artist. His music and lyrics have inspired me since my early teens, the way he writes and performs captured me from early on. It’s authentic and deep, mystic and dark. And strange. So to be able to do this project with Dali- to make an artwork of my favorite artist was something I enjoyed very much.
I wanted to visualize Dylans different periods and musical expressions, the way his work has been somewhat faceted over the years. I brought this forward by showing more than one side of him, all in black and white to emphasize the darkness that’s almost always present in his work.
