Humor líquido
This project is based in the "Theory of the four temperaments", written by Hipocrates. It says that the body is composed of four liquids. The balances or imbalance of these liquids determine the health of the person. This theory also establishes a relation between the these liquids and the nature of people.
Somehow I realized that we are no more that many people fighting within our body. We are not the same during the day, we are not as happy or sad every moment of our day. Neither we are the same in every stage of our lifes, we change, we evolve... we develop as humans beings.
This is the reason why any of my photographs lets see the face of the nature we are in that moment. Our "I" is synonymous of struggle, metamorphosis, nature, illness, sanity... We are, finally, thousands of people fighting to prevail, and gain the balance to live.

Este proyecto se basa en la "Teoría de los cuatro humores", esta teoría fue desarrollada por Hipócrates y mantenía que el cuerpo humano
estaba compuesto por 4 líquidos o humores cuyo equilibrio o desequilibrio indicaba el estado de salud de la persona, además, se elaboró una
relación entre estos humores y el carácter de las personas.
De alguna manera me di cuenta, que nosotros no somos mas que muchas personas luchando en un cuerpo. No somos iguales día a día, no tenemos la misma alegría o la misma fortaleza todos los días. Y tampoco somos iguales en cada época de nuestra vida, porque vamos cambiando, evolucionando... vamos tomando influencias y desarrollándonos como seres humanos.
Por eso, mis fotografías no dejan ver el rostro del carácter que nos ha tocado en ese instante, momento, día, o época vivir. Nuestro “Yo” es un sinónimo de lucha, formación, metamorfosis, carácter, cordura, enfermedad. Somos, en definitiva, miles de individuos luchando por prevalecer e intentando
conseguir el equilibrio.
