전통공예로 다루어졌던 소재를 현대적인 조형미와 제작방식을 가미하여 다른 시각으로 볼 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 합니다.

Nacre soban (small size)

We reinterpret So-ban which is transmitted from traditional time, to modern furniture. So-ban is used when carry on the food and eat it from old-times oriental culture. also we try to produce nacre ,that is craft material, out of traditional way.

'Nacre so-ban'은 전통적으로 사용되오는 소반을 현대적인 생활가구로 재해석 하였습니다.소반은 예로부터 동양권 문화에서 사용되던 음식을 나르거나 먹을때 사용하는 작은 상 입니다. 또한 공예적 소재인 자개를 전통적 방식에서 벗어나 새로운 제작방식으로 시도하였습니다. 크리스탈레진과 자개를 함께 캐스팅하여, 불규칙한 패턴과 다른 소재와의 조합을 탐구하였습니다. 목걸이, 반지, 시계등 장신구를 올려놓을 수 있는 오브제 입니다.
